Strongly recommend for a swift stopover

Comfortable room, convenient location, as it is just a five-minute walk to Westbahnhof Station for easy access to public transport and only a ten-minute stroll to Mariahilfer Straße for great shopping and dining options.

Everything was exactly right.

I recently stayed here with my friends, and it was a solid choice for our group vacation. We loved visiting the nearby shopping centers and the metro station. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated. Just keep in mind, the Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, which was a bit frustrating.

One of our rooms was older and looked worn. I expected more consistency for a four-star hotel.

Vienna is a foodie paradise and being near great joints like Ristorante Opera Dei Vini and La Huella was a treat. The comfy bed was definitely a highlight, perfect for winding down after exploring. Plus, the breakfast spread had enough variety to keep any breakfast lover satisfied!

Check-in was a bit off, with no proper greeting. I also had a rough start since my room reeked when I got in. The cleanliness was also questionable. let's just say the kettle was filled with grime. A bit of a letdown, considering the price!

However, I found the heating system underwhelming. it struggled to warm the room effectively. Another downside was the housekeeping inconsistency. some days I received fresh towels, while other days, they weren't replaced. On top of that, access to the room was tricky due to limited lift service, making it frustrating during busy times.

I had a great stay! The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices, and I loved that they incorporated guest feedback. The soundproofing was good, ensuring restful nights. The gym was solid too!
